Do I have to buy the shoot to list?
No. Listing is $0 with your own photos, and there's no commission either way. The shoot is for sellers who want the vehicle presented properly without doing it themselves — CA$150 plus tax, charged when you submit the listing.
How does the shoot work?
You create the listing, add the Media Package, and pick a time from your rep's calendar. They come to your location in the Regina area, shoot the photos and running video, and your listing goes live once the media is delivered. (A Saskatoon rep is in the works.)
What if the bidding doesn't reach my number?
Set a reserve and it can't sell below it. If the auction ends under your reserve, nothing sells automatically — you choose: accept the high bid, send the high bidder a counter-offer, or walk away and re-list.
Is there anything else a seller pays?
One thing: a cancellation fee if you pull a listing that already has bids — your reserve, capped at CA$550, plus tax (your bidders are notified). Pulling a live listing with no bids is free. There's no listing fee, no commission, no success fee, and no subscription. The buyer pays the buyer's fee (5% of the hammer price, CA$10 minimum, capped at CA$550, plus tax).
